Communications Facilities

Apart from being able instantly to retrieve the details of and communicate with any individual contact, Marketeer provides the means for you to contact targeted groups of people in organised sessions. Thus, from the currently selected target list, you can:

• telephone each contact on the current Target List and update their details while talking to them (Marketeer will automatically dial them from their number on their name & address card.)

• prepare a group letter and mail it to everyone on the Target List

• send the same letter as a fax, telex or electronic mail message

Marketeer produces an automatic report on your telephone session or mail/fax/telex/Email shot.
