Personal Project EBS Nexus: a universal communications aid for the individual. Its original Technical Outline described a Windows version which was written in 'C'. However, with the rapid development of the Internet, this was abandoned before it was completed.

Its development continued in another form. After a review of the concepts, its design was improved and a new Technical Outline produced. It was implemented as a suite of Java applets within the package's user guide (an HTML document). These worked via secure HTTP with a server-side Java application.

The beta version of the package, which was re-named personal link is accessible only to members of the project coterie. However, a preview version of the client-side HTML file is accessible publicly in which the applets are replaced by inactive illustrations of their displays.
