The engineer's quest is frustratingly iterative. He must keep on redesigning, rebuilding and re-testing his new machine until it works properly. Each time, he must put right the havoc it has created and provide new materials and components for his next attempt.
The gods are engineers. They designed and built not only the universe we see but also the higher reality beyond it. They then engineered a physical replica of their own kind. They then built two instances of it and put them in a specially prepared environment. They designed this life-form to be self-reproducing. Their procreation thence became automatic.
The next stage of this universal task on which the gods had embarked was something of a much higher order than physical systems engineering. The gods are self-aware beings with free will. If the human life-form is a vessel in which the gods are creating new instances of their own life-form, then what is within that vessel must also be a self-aware being with free will. It must be free to shape its own personality, character and attitudes - and to make mistakes. So although the gods engineered the physical human vessel to contain it, the character of the person within the physical vessel can be engineered only by the individual himself.
All engineering is an iterative process of building, testing, making a complete cock-up, then trying again. But while engineering one's own character, one inevitably wrecks not only one's own life but also the lives of others. Politicians and capitalists are doing this to millions of poor people in this country today. In times of war, kings and politicians send millions of young men to their early deaths. These young men are thus disallowed their rightful time on this planet to build and perfect their own characters and make their own mistakes. And speeding motorists may send anybody to their early death thereby denying them their rightful time on this planet to build and perfect their own characters and to make their own mistakes.
A motorist, having sped along a residential road and killed a child, which would not have been killed had he been observing the speed limit, cannot bring that child back to life - even by donating his own life. But the gods have the power simply to resurrect the child later. The child's death isn't the issue. The issue is that the motorist wilfully followed a selfish course of action which caused the death of the child and destined its parents to a life of grief. That wilfulness is the issue. That premeditated disregard for the traffic rules and the lives they are there to protect is the issue. What if that motorist - with that attitude and behaviour - were transformed into a god-being. That infinite power in an indestructible body under the control of such a mentality would result in galactic havoc and everlasting misery.
However, in his second life that motorist may resolve to change his ways. He may there choose to use the means provided to expand his mind beyond the prison of self-interest towards the outer limits of neighbourly concern. He may now be safely transformed into a god-being to become a benevolent and compatible member of the god species. But according to the message, as it comes across to me, there is still an unresolved problem. It is that, in order to achieve all this, one of the original two god life-forms had to die.
From what I can understand, it seems that every event leaves an indelible imprint - a kink or warp if you will - in the space-time fabric of the higher reality. Furthermore, every event helps shape the whole future state of the higher reality. Physical reality is merely a subset of what we perceive as a higher reality. Thus, events which take place in physical reality affect all reality.
Every act of every human being is an event which takes place in physical reality. Physical reality is a subset of the higher reality. Every human act therefore leaves its indelible imprint in the space-time fabric of the higher reality. It thus in part determines the future shape and condition of all that is and will be. The question is, will its effect be beneficial or destructive?
Every good act adds to the beauty and harmony of the higher reality. But every act of evil snags the fabric of the higher reality, leaving behind it an irremovable kink of sadness and discord. However, acts don't have to be physical to affect the future shape and condition of all that is and will be.
A thought is intangible. It has no physical existence. It is borne within the thinker's brain as a sequence of firing neurones. However, the firing of the neurones is no more the thought than the ink is the message written upon a piece of paper. The firing of the neurones is simply a symbolic representation of the thought: not the thought itself. The thought itself is nonetheless real.
It occurs at a specific time in a specific place. The spatial co-ordinates of the place where it occurs probably coincide with the physical location of the thinker's brain. However, the essence of the thought itself is probably located beyond our physical dimensions. There it is indelibly recorded on its thinker's personal diskette borne within the fabric of the higher reality.
Consequently, as each human act - be it good or evil - leaves its permanent imprint upon the fabric of the higher reality, so also does each human thought. Therefore, the essence of each of one's thoughts - its polarity and intent - is written indelibly on to the fabric of the higher reality from which one's character, personality and memories must ultimately be down-loaded into one's new god-body.
If the gods were to go ahead on this basis they would be down-loading a lot of very dangerous software into machines of infinite power, and setting them going in a universe containing a lot of dangerous pitfalls which were tangled into its fabric by all the past destructive thoughts and acts of all who had ever lived. They needed a way to solve this dilemma. The fabric of the higher reality is permanent. Parts of it cannot be cut out and destroyed.
Their only option was to redirect the destructive effects of all the evil thoughts and acts which have ever occurred onto the only kind of entity capable of absorbing all of them - namely, one of themselves. To this end, one of the original two god-beings donated his self-sufficient infinitely powerful life-form to become the target of the combined effects of every evil thought and act - past, present and future.
One can speculate that his personality, character and memories must have been at this point preserved in a static or inactive state on what I have viewed analogically as a diskette. Then he was born as a physical human child. At some time during his life - perhaps while he was still a child, or more likely, I think, when he became an adult - his original character, personality and memories as one of the gods were down-loaded into his human mind. As such he now lived a constrained life of limited duration. He lived in the same world we do. Imprisoned within a society driven by human greed and self-interest.
Being one of the original gods, his way of living was not consistent with human society. He was therefore rejected by it. He was persecuted by all. He suffered at the hands of both individuals and society as a whole. His incisive knowledge made him the focus of intellectual jealousy. The authority it gave him caused him to be branded as a political subversive.
During his short lifetime he experienced all human circumstances. He experienced what we would call ordinary middle-class life as the son of an artisan carpenter. He crossed his two-edged sword with politicians. He fought the temptations of the wealthy. He endured the deprivation of the poor. The torture of a captured spy. He fell foul of humanly-enacted laws. Through these he was wrongly condemned, imprisoned, and finally executed by the most agonising and barbaric means humanly imaginable.
By going through all this, he gained something which he did not have as a god. He gained an experience of life from every possible human point of view. He therefore acquired the necessary and sufficient mental frame of reference to perceive the true point of view, intents and circumstances of every human individual who has or ever shall live. He is thereby uniquely qualified to judge them.
A modern High Court judge living on £60,000 a year simply does not possess a valid frame of reference against which he is properly able to judge a fellow human being whom society has allowed no option but theft as the means of providing for his family. He is morally unqualified.
A middle-class Tory MP with several business interests and investments is similarly unqualified to take part in the enactment of laws which affect the poor. He is not equipped to understand the ramifications of their effects.
But the god who became human and died as a criminal is! He uniquely is equipped to be able to see the universe from the viewpoint of any and every human being. Therefore he alone is qualified to govern.
He died as all other humans do, but was then reborn as a god-being. This does not mean that he became again what he was before. If he had done, it would mean that he had sacrificed himself - an omnipotent god-being - as the target for the effects of all evil acts and thoughts and then promptly took back again what he had given up. That would be like paying a ransom to free a captive, then promptly snatching the ransom back again. The ransom would have remained unpaid. He would have still have 'had his cake after having eaten it', so to speak.
As best as I can understand it, the original omnipotent god-being, which he once was, is dead and gone forever. But his character, personality and memories were preserved in a human vessel. This human vessel also then died and is gone forever. Yet again, his character, personality and memories were preserved 'on diskette', but this time enhanced by his human experience. He now knew life from the point of view of every human circumstance.
His new self-existent life-form as a god-being is different from his original one. It did not come from him. It came from his colleague, the other god-being with whom he had co-existed from the infinite past. The god life which he now had was procreated from the other god. He had become a god-son of a god-father.
A major point of the message is that he is the first-born among many. The implication is that many other humans are going to be re-born as children of the same god-father.
My wife and I have three children. They are composed of human flesh and blood as we are. Analogically, the children of the god-father are made of the higher-reality counterpart of flesh and blood. In the message this is referred to as wind or spirit. The message seems to be that (hopefully all) human beings will eventually become re-born not only as members of the god-species, but as members of a god-family comprising a father with many children.
As best as I am able to understand the message, one of those original two god-beings gave up his omnipotent self-existence as an equal peer of his companion and ended up becoming his companion's son. In so doing, he provided a sink for the effects of all the evil thoughts and acts generated by the mistakes which are an inevitable part of the process by which each human being strives to develop within itself a god-compatible mind so that it may be reborn as one of his god-species siblings.
However, this process is private to each individual. So, how does it fit within the global picture of the history and the future of human society as a whole?
