This download contains my book called "The Lost Inheritance". Please be aware that the PDF version does not support the graph generating applets used in the HTML version. These are replaced by non-interactive graphical images in the PDF version.

Please decide in which form you would like to download the book:

FileFile DateFile TypeFile SizeDownload Time†

tli.zip24Jul2002compressed3,654,138 bytes6 to 12 minutes

† Estimated from actual download times logged using a 56k V90 modem running at 40000bps between 06:55 and 07:30 UDT on a Sunday. The best time I have found for downloading anything from the Internet is between 06:00 and 09:00 hrs UDT (GMT) on Sunday mornings - the earlier the better, but don't start before 06:00. When the Internet is busy these times can be considerably longer.

If you download tli.zip, you will have to unzip it afterwards using WinZip, pkunzip or equivalent program to create tli.pdf. Then delete tli.zip.

Downloading: In Netscape Navigator hold down the 'shift' key and click the required file link above. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, right-click your chosen file link above and select "Save Target As..." on the little menu which appears at the side. Both browsers then display a dialog box. Use this to save the file in an appropriate place on your disk.

Viewing: If, in either browser, you simply click tli.pdf, the Adobe Acrobat Reader should open automatically within the browser window and present the file for viewing. But be aware that this can take a very long time for such a large file. To then save the file, click the Reader's diskette icon: not the browser's File menu. You can view the book independently after downloading with the Adobe Acrobat Reader which is freely downloadable from Adobe's Web Site.

Statistics: This applet displays the numbers of copies of the book downloaded by visitors to this web site each week so far since I started monitoring on 1 July 2001.
